Trainee Event First Responder
Our Event First Responders are a key and integral part of our Event Medical Cover provision. As a company, we currently provide Event Medical Cover to a range of events across the United Kingdom and are pleased to be able to offer the role of Trainee Event First Responders as part of our new development pathway.
In this role we will provide you with all the training and education you require to join our team as a Event First Responder along wiht a period of mentorship and support to develop both confidence and experience in providing event medical cover either as a small team or part of a large multi-disciplinary team.
Essential Criteria: All applicants should be over the age of 18 and having the appropriate right to work entitlement within the UK.
Event First Responder
Our Event First Responders are a key and integral part of our Event Medical Cover provision. As a company, we currently provide Event Medical Cover to a range of events across the United Kingdom and are looking to expand our bank of Event First Responders.
If you hold a current and in date qualification such as QNUK First Responder, FREC Level 3 or Level 4 or FPOS qualification we would love to hear from you!

Trainee Urgent Care Assistant
Our Trainee Urgent Care Assistants are an important part of our clinical workforce, supporting the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-focused care across services delivered by Medline Consultancy through our Ambulance and Event Medical Services.
If you hold a current First Responder qualification to Level 3 and are looking to develop your role and qualifications this is the role for you! We will provide full training, education, and structured mentorship to support your development into a competent Urgent Care Assistant, enabling you to build both confidence and practical experience within a clinical environment.
Please note: this role is based within our bank / event medical teams.
Essential Criteria: Applicants must be over the age of 18, have the right to work within the UK, and hold a full UK Driving Licence. A willingness to learn and work within a healthcare environment is essential. Applicants should also hold a current and recognised Level 3 First Responder qualification such as FREC 3, FPOS, FROS or QNUK Award for First Responders.
Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in care, healthcare, or customer service roles would be advantageous.
Urgent Care Assistant
Our Urgent Care Assistants play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical care across our ambulance and event medical services.
In this role, you will work both independently and as part of a wider team to provide patient-focused care across a range of settings. You will be responsible for ensuring patients receive timely, safe, and effective care, undertaking a variety of duties including event medical cover, patient transport, and non-emergency patient transport services.
You will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care in dynamic and sometimes challenging environments.
Please note: this role forms part of our bank/event medical team.
Essential Criteria: Applicants must be over the age of 18, have the right to work within the UK, hold a full UK Driving Licence, and possess a Level 4 Qualification such as FREC 4.
Desirable Criteria: Experience within urgent care, primary care, or hospital settings would be beneficial.
Emergency Care Assistant
Our Emergency Care Assistants are essential to the delivery of high-quality pre-hospital care at Medline Consultancy, responding to both emergency and non-emergency incidents. As our operational activity continues to grow, we are seeking professional and dedicated individuals to join our frontline teams.
This role requires the ability to work effectively in dynamic and high-pressure environments, supporting clinicians with patient assessment, treatment, and transportation. We are committed to your ongoing development through structured training and operational experience.
Essential Criteria: Applicants must be over the age of 18, have the right to work within the UK, hold a full UK Driving Licence, and possess a relevant and in-date pre-hospital care qualification such as FREC Level 4, NHS Emergency Care Assistant or equivalent role. Applicants should also hold a recognised Emergency Driving Qualification such as CERAD or IHCD D1 / D2 Driving Qualification.
Desirable Criteria: Previous experience within ambulance or pre-hospital care services would be advantageous.
Event Support Assistant

As an Event Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the safe and efficient delivery of services provided by Medline Consultancy across the United Kingdom.
With our event portfolio continuing to grow, we are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in both the events and healthcare sectors. You will support operational delivery by assisting medical teams, managing equipment, and helping to ensure events run safely and smoothly. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
This position also offers a clear pathway for progression into a clinical role for successful candidates.

Dispatcher & Controller
As a nationwide provider of independent ambulance and event medical services, effective coordination and communication are central to our operations.
We are seeking experienced Dispatchers and Controllers to join our team, supporting the coordination of Medline Consultancy services. In this role, you will manage incoming communications, assess priorities, and allocate resources efficiently, while maintaining accurate and auditable records. You will be expected to perform well under pressure and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of operational services.
You will work as part of a collaborative team, and the ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and resilient.

Essential Criteria: Applicants must be over 18, have the right to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving licence, and demonstrate strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
Desirable Criteria: Previous experience in a dispatch, control room, or emergency services environment is advantageous, as is familiarity with radio systems and call handling procedures.
