Shipping and delivery
Which countries do you ship to?
We will arrange delivery of goods in within the UK by means at our discretion unless the buyer otherwise requires their own transportation. If you would like an item to be shipped outside of the UK, please contact us for a quotation.

What can I do if I havent received my package?
Who's liable for goods in transit?
The risk in the goods will pass to the buyer when they are all off-loaded at their destination if we are the carrier, and on leaving our premises if not.
Without accepting any liability for our failure in any case to do so we will pursue for the benefit of the buyer any claim or damage to or short delivery or loss of goods in transit provided that we and the carrier are notified in any claim at the point of receiving the goods.
Returns and exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We are only able to accept returns for a refund or exchange on orders within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return your item:
- Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Must be in their original, intact packaging.
- Must have the original invoice or proof of purchase included.
- Must not be a custom item that has been manufactured to order.
- Must have been purchased directly from Medline Consultancy Limited
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
You may be issued with a restocking fee of 20% for any goods returned unless agreed prior to your return.
If/when your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will usually receive the credit within 5-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies

How much will it cost to return an item?
We are able to accept returns for a refund or exchange on orders within 30 days of purchase.
You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs and returning your item.
Can I exchange my order?
We can’t currently process exchanges for orders unfortunately. If you’d like to exchange an item, please submit a return then simply place a new order for your preferred item.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment and are usually issued within 5-7 days.
We aim to address payment disputes within 5-7 days.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind, which is why you may cancel your order or part of your order the same day as placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy for further instructions.
If you have paid via credit or debit card, the amount will be reversed back to your account usually within 5-7 days.
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Payments
Do you charge VAT?
VAT is charged at a standard rate of 20%. Prices shown across our website include VAT.
Do you store my payment details?
All payment details which are provided to us through our online payment gateway are encrypted for the protection of your information. Your personal and payment details are not stored on our servers.
In the event of a failed transaction you will be informed of the failed transaction and the reason. No amount will be deducted for unsuccessful transactions.
How do I use a coupon or promo code?
Sometimes we may run promotional offers on selected products. These offers are subject to change at any time. To redeem an offer you can enter your promo code on the basket page or during checkout.
