This Person-Centred Care course is aimed at all employees and individuals within Health and Social Care Environments, allowing them to understand the concept of and their role within person-centred care.

This Principles of Communication course is aimed at all employees and individuals within Health and Social Care Environments allowing them to understand their principles of communication and how they can apply within Health and Social care settings.

When undertaking this course it is recommended that learners have sufficient command of the English language in order to complete the course.

Upon completion of the course candidates will receive a certificate which is available as a PDF (Portable Document Format).
