Course Description
Current legislation, The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, applies to all workplaces, including Care Homes regardless of the number of employees and requires employers to provide adequate training in fire awareness for all staff members.
Our Online Basic Fire Safety Awareness for Care Homes E-Learning course is aimed at all employees to assist them in identifying and reducing the risk that fire presents in the workplace.
This Basic Fire Safety Awareness for Care Homes course covers the same content as the Basic Fire Safety course with additional content tailored specifically for employees that work in care homes.
Course Duration
This course is delivered via our online learning platform and will take approximately 60 minutes to complete.
Pre-Requisites
When undertaking this course it is recommended that learners have sufficient command of the English language in order to complete the course.

- Basic Safety Features in Buildings
- Introduction to Fire Extinguishers
- What to do in Cases of Fire?
