Description

The QNUK Level 3 Award for the First Person on Scene (International) (RQF) or FPOS Intl, is designed for Close Protection Operatives and those working in similar fields, within the UK and internationally. The qualification meets the requirements of the SIA for Licensed Close protection officers and has been supported by leading security companies.

Upon commencing this qualification learners should be a minimum of 18 years in order to undertake this qualification. Learners should be at least a level 2 numeracy and literacy or equivalent. Due to the nature of this qualification, learners should be physically capable of undertaking practical assessments in a range of environments.

For this course learners are required to undertake several practical observation and a multiple-choice question paper. For the MCQ paper, each learner will be required to score a minimum of 70% correct answers to achieve a pass. Learners are also required to pass all practical assessments.

Learners must have sufficient command of the English language to understand and undertake the recommended assessment methods for this qualification and it is strongly recommended that learners should be working at level 2 English literacy. 

Upon completion of the course including the submission and approval by QNUK of the relevant course paperwork, candidates will receive a certificate which is valid for a period of three years.
